Manual Osteopathic Therapy
A gentle, hands-on treatment that views the body as a whole - looking at its structure and function with the aim to restore balance and improve movement.
Manual osteopathic therapy focuses on how different parts of the body relate to each other — including joints, fascia, organs, and the nervous system. By listening to the body and using gentle technique, treatment helps release restrictions, support circulation, and encourage the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal.
This work is often very gentle but can create deep shifts in tension, mobility, and overall ease in the body.
Sessions may include:
• fascial and structural balancing
• cranial osteopathic techniques
• visceral (organ) mobility work
• gentle joint articulation
• nervous system regulation
